Redesigning a future order management tool for a multinational food and beverage chain involved various stages, from initial Object-Oriented UX research, usability testing, and system usability survey to pilot preparation, rollout communications, and support.
The initiative resulted in a notable increase in the usability task-ease score, showing a significant improvement of +40.2% from the pilot phase to the full-scale rollout.​​​​​​​

DATA CENTRALIZATION
The creation of a customer intranet experience for a national cell phone retailer involved meticulous planning and facilitation of workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews, and developing task flows to support the creation of a user-friendly prototype. 
This initiative successfully resulted in a reduction of the time employees spend on location management.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Collaborating with a PowerApps architect, this project highlights the development of an application to aid our client in managing project details and status. This involved a comprehensive virtual discovery phase, incorporating workshops to gather project requirements, document user flows, and analyze needs through user interviews. 
The result was the centralization of all project data, streamlining the necessary tools, and establishing a definitive source of truth for employees.
