Mama First is aimed to aid women as they adjust to life post-birth. While there are many applications for new parents, they tend to focus on the health and progress of the baby. While this is important, it is vital that women stay healthy as well in order to properly care for their new child. About one in eight women will suffer from postpartum depression, yet there are not a lot of resources to help them combat this battle. Our application helps women track patterns, ask questions, and create a support system to help them get through this time.
